Job Description:

Maistering is looking to hire Senior Consultant-Advisory & Implementation in Bengaluru, India. As an integral part of the Advisory & Implementation team, the manager will lead multiple client engagements from inception to fruition across the globe. Candidate will manage a cross-functional team comprising engineers, architects, functional analysts, data scientists during client pilots and implementations.

Responsibilities:

1. Leading multi-functional teams to help clients adopt and benefit from Master Collections platform
2. Managing multiple stakeholders with strong project/program management skills
3. Developing client relationships and working closely with clients to ensure they’re satisfied
4. Conducting internal/external training to promote the platform adoption
5. Providing product support to the clients
6. Applying digital ways of working to run the entire client implementation

Growth Path:

Leading A&I for specific geographies or sectors, with opportunities to move to European offices in the medium or long term.

Basic Qualifications:

1. UG:E., B. Tech, B. Sc, B.S
2. PG: MBA from Tier I, II Colleges
3. Years of experience: 3-5 years
4. Previous experience:
   1. Implementation Manager or Customer Success Manager for global clients
   2. Working in Product organization

3. Ability to organize and communicate effectively.
4. Good presentation skills, and logical thinking.
5. Good analytical and quantitative skills.
6. Ability to multitask and work on a diverse range of requirements.
7. Knowledge of solutions in a collaborative workspace like Trello, Monday, Mural, Miro, etc.
8. Knowledge of the latest technologies around workplace collaboration, automation, data analysis, productivity improvement
